1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to France, the European Union, and the United States.
If you’re located elsewhere, feel free to contact us—we’re always looking to expand.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order.
Estimated delivery times:
- France & EU: 4–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Production typically takes 2–4 business days before shipping.
3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item is made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Please double-check your details before checkout.
5. What is your return & refund policy?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item.
If your request is approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

6. What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll review the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.
7. How are the products made?
All Studio Parole pieces are produced on demand and fulfilled by trusted partners.
This allows us to reduce overproduction while maintaining high quality.
8. Are your products eco-conscious?
We prioritize thoughtful production, using water-based inks and made-to-order processes to reduce waste.
9. How do I know my order was successful?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment—but we’re exploring this for the future.
