All Studio Parole items are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Sizing preferences
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your request is approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Important
- We do not offer refunds for customer errors (e.g. incorrect address or selection)
- Each request is reviewed individually
